Hello there and welcome to our official website. Whether you are here to learn more, donate, or sign up to volunteer, we are very happy you are here.
Our organization began soon after the global pandemic related to the coronavirus. As we sat watching the news like everyone else, we were asking ourselves what we can do to help.
Having access to some sewing machines, we wanted to play our part by helping make some CDC compliant masks free for hospitals and individuals in our area. Hence, the beginning of MDMASKerAID. Since then, ,we have made over 200 masks (and counting) that have been donated to hospitals and non profits in our area.
In a short two months, our organization has grown exponentially. We realize this is because of the kindness and interest of individuals wanting to help make a difference. As you browse through our different tabs, you'll see opportunities to volunteer for different parts of our work process in the "Volunteer" tab, if you're far away and interested in making a monetary donation, you'll see the information in our "Donate" tab.
